Comics and magazine backer boards

Calcium-buffered backers are impregnated with calcium which actively « mop-up » the acids emitted from comics, thus maintaining a neutral pH environment. A « must » where long-term protection of valuable books is concerned, where their MQ archival qualities will be required.
